Now is The Time of Glory Days For Boomers

All of us in the Boomer generation have a shot at a new round of glory days

Yes, at age 74 I fondly remember the glory days of my youth. You remember yours I’m sure.  That was a gift from Mother Nature. We didn’t earn it. We have overcome many challenges to reach our senior years. You have earned the decades you’ve accumulated. What are the coming years going to be like for you? It is within your power to make them great.

Be Your own Leader

For inspiration we can observe those we admire but we must look into ourselves to access our true power. We have our genetic inheritance and the strength from all our forebearers. Do you conciously think you’re too old to meet a new challenge?  Reach into your subconcious for that strength. It is there waiting for your call.

Reclaim Your Athleticism

You used to be athletic. The responsibilities of life took over. Don’t be too hard on yourself. You didn’t give up. You met the obligations of work and family. Now it is time to take care of yourself first. What were your favorite athletic activities? Think about what you miss the most. No, you’re not going to play tackle football. You might play touch football. Or you might just start running again. You can do just about anything you commit to. As a Boomer these are your Glory Days. Start slow to avoid injuries.

Overcome Inertia – Start Your Day With Activity

Don’t let morning sluggishness determine your day. You’re a Boomer not a goner. Start your body in motion every morning with a basic easy routine. Do it before breakfast. No excuses. If you wait until after you eat it will  be more difficult. Are you willing to devote 10 minutes to rev your engine?

Here I demonstrate my personal Morning Routine
